Baseline & map
A short owner/operations discovery, an inventory of your website, forms, phone, inbox, calendar, and CRM/FSM tools, and a written pilot boundary before anything changes.

Fix routing defects on the selected path, configure native CRM/FSM features first, add an acknowledgment where consent allows it, and add retry and exception handling to any required integration.

Run controlled test cases, confirm duplicate and failure handling, deliver a runbook and access inventory, and train your team in 30 minutes.
Founding pilot
An intentional research price for the first two clients. You get a narrow, production-tested outcome; we get delivery data and, with your permission, a testimonial.

Standard sprint pricing after the first two pilots is $3,000–$5,000 depending on systems and locations. An optional monthly care plan is available after acceptance.
